Each nano brow session takes two to three hours. We take the time to map and design a brow shape tailored to our clients’ facial features. We strive to have every client feel relaxed and confident throughout the process, being a part of every step throughout the procedure. 6-12 weeks after the initial session, we offer and include a touch-up to fine-tune any details and tweak the brows to our clients’ style and preferences.
The comfort of our clients is an important part of our client experience. We not only use lidocaine to numb our clients before the nano brow procedure, but we numb throughout the procedure with topical anesthetic for continued relaxation. Our clients report having very minimal discomfort, if any!

Knoxville Nano Brows Aftercare
Clients who follow proper aftercare protocol and adhere to care advice will yield the best results. Your artist will discuss our easy aftercare protocol to ensure your new nano brows heal beautifully and last as long as possible.
For the first 5-7 days, it’s important to wash your brows twice a day using a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser to keep the area clean without irritating the skin. Use lukewarm water and gentle, circular motions with your fingers, making sure not to scrub. After washing, pat the area dry with a clean towel or tissue—avoid rubbing to prevent disruption to the healing process. Once dry, apply a rice-sized amount of ointment to keep your brows hydrated and protect the delicate skin as it heals.
During the first 7 days, avoid touching or picking at the brow area, as this can lead to uneven healing or even infection. Additionally, avoid exposing your brows to excessive moisture, such as during swimming, saunas, or long showers, and keep the area away from direct sun exposure, as UV rays can fade or alter the pigment. Strenuous activities and sweating should also be minimized, as sweat can interfere with pigment retention.
During the initial week of healing, your nano brows may begin to flake. This is completely normal, but clients must resist the urge to pick or scratch, as this can cause pigment loss. With proper care, most clients find their brows healed within two weeks and achieve the full color and shape results by the six-week mark. At that time, you will be ready for your included 6-12 week touch-up appointment to make any adjustments!
